Active Meditation Course
During this active meditation class, you will be taken on a journey through exploring all subtle layers (koshas) of your being, in order to truly return back home to yourself. We will be incorporating elements of pranayama, kriya, dynamic body movement and ecstatic dance, with the intention of guiding our awareness into the body and out of the head. The combination of these elements can be a powerful tool to help release stagnant energies, emotional blockages and to soften areas of mental, physical and emotional tension. The class will end with a deep relaxation and in Savasana, in order to bring yourself back into stillness which helps to crystalize your experiences of releasing. No previous experience is necessary as all activities will be guided and explained in full depth.
